I have hired Rod Colon so I can benefit from his "Extreme Job Search Coaching." I'm not looking for a job in the classic sense, but need to add a few quality clients to my consulting practice. In a directly analogous effort, Rod will coach me in eXtreme Business Development. He will help me apply techniques from the seven step job search paradigm introduced in his book Winning the Race for 21st Century Jobs to the development of my nascent consulting business.
Before we start, Rod has asked me to prepare my value proposition, and to download the "7 Step Worksheet" from the member library at www.etpnetwork.com. I developed a website last week that describes my value proposition (www.smallcompanyCTO.com), and have shared it with close friends and family. I think it is "ready for prime time," and does a good job of portraying my value proposition. Sunday night I download the worksheet, and I'm ready for our first session on Monday morning.
